Compatibility Issues
The video files that we create for you are 3GP compliant, and will play in all phones that support 3GP video. Contact us for other formats that your phone may require.
If you have taken video using a Nokia phone, and want to play it on a Motorola phone, there may be
a compability issue. Contact us for advice on how to resolve this problem.
